Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Ira Gifting you agree to these terms.
About us
Ira Gifting sells personalised letter frames. Business address: 28/2B, Meera Society, Shankar Sheth Road, Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra 411037, India. Contact: irablogging@gmail.com, +91 82084 04751.
Personalised products
Before adding a frame to your cart you are shown a preview of exactly what will be printed, and you must save that design to continue. By saving the design you confirm the photo and the name are correct. We print what you approved, so please check the spelling.
The faint Ira Gifting marks visible on the website and on your saved preview are a watermark on the on-screen images only. The frame we print and post to you does not carry them.
Your photograph
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You remain responsible for the content of the image. We may decline to print any image that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes copyright, and will refund you in full if we do.
Our letters
The letters printed on our frames are the copyright of Ira Gifting. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them. Buying a frame gives you that frame, not a licence to the writing.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free across India. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Razorpay. An order is confirmed only once payment has succeeded.
Product appearance
Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the printed frame. Printed items carry small natural variations. These are not defects.
Cancellation and refunds
See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. In short: cancel within 12 hours if production has not started; after that, personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Delivery
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
