Cancellation and Refund Policy
Every frame from Ira Gifting is made to order. Once you approve your design and place the order, we begin printing a one-off item that carries your photo and your name, and which cannot be resold to anyone else. Our policy reflects that.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order, provided it has not already gone into production. Email irablogging@gmail.com or call +91 82084 04751 with your order number.
After production has begun, personalised orders cannot be cancelled or returned, because the item cannot be reused.
When we will replace or refund
We will replace the item or refund you in full if:
- The frame arrives damaged or broken
- The print is defective — smudged, faded, misaligned or cut off
- You received the wrong design
- Your photo or name was printed differently from the design you approved
Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the packaging. An unboxing video helps considerably where the parcel arrived damaged.
What is not covered
- A change of mind after production has started
- Spelling mistakes in the name you entered and approved in the preview
- Poor print quality caused by a low-resolution photo you supplied
- Minor variation in colour between your screen and the printed frame
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit. Refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment partner.
