Shipping and Delivery Policy
Ira Gifting ships across India. Every frame is printed to order, so the timelines below start from the day your order is confirmed.
Production time
Frames are printed individually once you order. We dispatch within 3–5 business days of your order being confirmed. During festival periods this may extend slightly, and we will tell you if it does.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Within Maharashtra — 2–4 business days
- Rest of India — 4–8 business days
These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Remote pin codes can take longer.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free across India. There are no shipping charges, and no minimum order value. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at irablogging@gmail.com.
Delivery address
Please check your address and pin code carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address once a parcel has been dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur a further charge.
Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges apply in that case.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only.
