What we collect

  • Order details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address
  • Your uploaded photograph — the image you add to a personalised frame
  • The name you sign with — the text printed on your frame
  • Browsing data — pages visited and device information, through cookies

Your photograph

The photo you upload is used for one purpose only: printing your frame. We do not publish it, sell it, share it with anyone other than our printing partner, or use it in advertising without asking you first and getting your agreement in writing.

We keep uploaded photos for 90 days after delivery so we can reprint if something goes wrong, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your photo sooner by emailing irablogging@gmail.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS obligations.

Who else sees your data

  • Our courier partner — name, address and phone number, to deliver your order
  • Razorpay — payment information
  • Shopify — our store platform, which hosts this site and your order records

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email irablogging@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working properly.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below.
